CORONA VIRUS (Covid19)
We're working to scale back to all but emergency repairs online with Government's
guidance to manage the covid-19 pandemic. Our priority remains to keep our residents
safe during this challenging time. We'll continue to review our activities in light of the
Government's latest announcement and will provide updates
quickly as we can.
Please find below some important information to be aware of:
KEEPING IN TOUCH:
Your Housing Manager (Isaac Okanrende) remains your main
point of contact for any queries. In an emergency, your call
will automatically divert to our emergency
number as usual. If you or anyone in your household has any
symptoms of covid-19,
please self isolate in line with Public Health England's
guidelines, where possible, please let your Housing Manager
know so we can make a note on our system.
REPAIRS AND OTHER SERVICES:
Due to government's stricter social distancing measures,
we'll be completing only emergency repairs for now.
VISITING OUR OFFICES:
Our office is now closed with your Housing Manager working
remotely in line with Government's guidelines but you can
still make a telephone call as usual for any queries.
VULNERABLE RESIDENTS:
If you have a medical condition which makes you vulnerable
to covid-19, please register on the Government's list or
alternatively you can get corona virus support by calling
0800-028-8327. You can also register on behalf of somebody
else.
WATCH OUT FOR BOGUS CALLERS:
We've heard of a few reports of people turning up at homes
pretending to work for the NHS saying that they'll test you
for corona virus. Please know that neither Everbrook nor NHS
are running any such programme and should not let these
people into your home.
PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE
POLICE IMMEDIATELY.
PLEASE STAY SAFE AND KEEP WELL.
Thanks
